Marketing Specialist-construction

Job Details :

  • Present to and consult with senior level management on Market trends to develop the marketing plan and brand positioning.
  • Continuously identify new and creative event ideas in line with key marketing objectives for the assigned plan.
  • Responsible for the preparation, implementation, delivery and management of events.
  • Responsible for quality documentation and reporting for all events for the internal and external use including and not limited to pictures, videos and database.
  • Design and implement a social media strategy to align with business goals and report on ROI.
  • Developing professional photo-shoots and video shoots.
  • Oversee the creation and delivery of advertisements and other marketing materials.
  • Liaising with marketing agencies and managing the production of marketing collateral, including, posters, flyers and e-newsletters.
  • Prepare and adhere to budgets.

Responsibilities and Qualifications :

  • Flexibility in transport- will be working in all branches.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar position is a must.
  • Can work under pressure.
  • Planning and organizing is a must, with detail orientation.
  • Creative and resourceful person.
  • Team player.
  • Self-initiative.
  • Strong communicator (English as the first language)
