HR Specialist

Job Details :

An HR Specialist in a business consultancy company manages and supports various human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. They ensure that HR policies and procedures align with the company’s business objectives and contribute to a positive organizational culture.

 

Responsibilities and Qualifications :

Responsibilities

  • Recruitment and Staffing: Oversee the hiring process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees.
  • Employee Relations: Address employee concerns and conflicts, provide guidance on HR policies, and facilitate communication between staff and management.
  • Performance Management: Assist in the development and implementation of performance appraisal systems, manage performance reviews, and support employee development plans.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations, handle HR documentation, and manage benefits and compensation programs.
  • Training and Development: Identify training needs, coordinate professional development opportunities, and support employee growth initiatives.
  • HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee records, manage HR databases, and generate reports as needed.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
  • Experience: Proven experience in HR roles, preferably in a business consultancy or similar industry.
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices, and proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office.
  • Attributes: High level of confidentiality, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to managing HR tasks and employee relations.
