Job Details :

The Concrete Floor Engineer will oversee the design, installation, and quality control of concrete flooring projects. They will work closely with project managers, site supervisors, and construction teams to ensure that all flooring meets specified standards and client requirements.

Responsibilities and Qualifications :

Responsibilities:

Design and plan concrete flooring systems according to project specifications.
Supervise the installation and finishing of concrete floors.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues.
Collaborate with other engineers and construction personnel to resolve technical challenges.
Provide technical support and guidance to the construction team.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in concrete flooring or related construction work.
Strong knowledge of concrete materials, mix designs, and flooring techniques.
Proficiency in engineering software and tools.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and team collaboration abilities.
Valid professional engineering license (preferred).
