Client Relations Manager

Job Details :

The Client Relations Manager will be responsible for managing relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met, and enhancing overall client satisfaction. This role involves communication, project oversight, and collaboration with various teams within the consultancy.

 

Responsibilities and Qualifications :

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout project lifecycles.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders.
  • Understand client needs and work with engineering teams to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Manage client expectations and ensure timely communication regarding project progress.
  • Identify opportunities for additional services or projects with existing clients.
  • Conduct regular client meetings and feedback sessions to assess satisfaction and address concerns.
  • Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to create proposals and presentations.
  • Monitor industry trends to inform client strategies and maintain competitive advantage.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in client management or account management, preferably in an engineering or consultancy environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
  • Familiarity with engineering principles and project workflows is a plus.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
