Worker( Construction)

Job Details :

A construction worker is responsible for performing physical labor on construction sites. Tasks involve operating equipment, loading/unloading materials, and assisting with the building and maintenance of structures such as roads, buildings, and bridges.

Responsibilities and Qualifications :

Responsibilities:

  • Operate hand and power tools safely
  • Assist with the installation of structures and systems (e.g., scaffolding, concrete, pipes)
  • Load and unload construction materials
  • Clear debris, prepare job sites, and ensure site cleanliness
  • Follow blueprints, plans, and project instructions from supervisors
  • Adhere to safety guidelines and report any hazards

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in construction or related field preferred
  • Ability to work in varying weather conditions
  • Physical stamina and strength
  • Knowledge of construction safety protocols
  • Ability to operate heavy equipment (preferred but not required)
  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
