Timekeeper

Job Details :

A Timekeeper is responsible for accurately recording and managing employee work hours, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. They track attendance, process timecards, and maintain accurate records to facilitate payroll and project management.

  • Record and verify employee work hours and attendance.
  • Process timecards and attendance records for payroll.
  • Monitor and address any discrepancies in timekeeping data.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Generate reports on employee attendance and overtime.
  • Communicate with employees regarding timekeeping issues or discrepancies.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in accounting or human resources is a plus.
  • Proficiency in timekeeping and payroll software.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Previous experience in a timekeeping or administrative role is preferred.
