HR Manager

Responsibilities:

• Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and hiring. Oversee onboarding for new employees to ensure a smooth integration into the company.
• Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee queries and issues, resolve conflicts, and ensure a positive working environment.
• Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
• Performance Management: Implement and manage performance review processes, provide feedback, and support managers in employee evaluations and development plans.
• Compliance and Policies: Ensure company policies comply with legal requirements, and update policies as needed. Manage employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Compensation and Benefits: Oversee payroll processes, administer benefits programs, and ensure competitive compensation practices.
• Organizational Development: Support organizational changes and initiatives, and work on employee engagement and retention strategies.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is preferred.
• Experience: Proven experience in an HR role, preferably in a consultancy or similar business environment. Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and compliance is essential.
• Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in HR software and tools. Knowledge of employment laws and regulations is crucial.
• Attributes: Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion, strong organizational skills, and the capability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
