Country Manager – Bahrain

Job Details :

The Country Manager for Bahrain at a business consultancy company is responsible for overseeing and managing all operations within the country. This role involves strategic planning, business development, and ensuring that the company’s objectives and goals are met. The Country Manager will act as the primary point of contact between the consultancy and local clients, stakeholders, and partners.

 

Responsibilities and Qualifications :

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement business strategies tailored to the Bahraini market.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, build relationships with key clients, and drive growth.
  • Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensure efficient processes, and manage local teams.
  • Financial Oversight: Prepare and manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and ensure profitability.
  • Client Management: Maintain and strengthen client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Compliance: Ensure all business activities comply with local regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in business management or consultancy, with a proven track record of success in a leadership role.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with the Bahraini business environment and regulatory landscape.
  • Languages: Proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are advantageous.
