HR Manager

Job Details :

The HR Manager will oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes within the company. The role involves managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Responsibilities and Qualifications :

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process.
  • Oversee employee onboarding, training, and development programs.
  • Handle employee relations issues and promote a positive work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and regulations.
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, and procedures.
  • Manage payroll, benefits, and compensation programs.
  • Support current and future business needs through workforce planning.
  • Maintain and update HR records and policies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager, preferably in the construction or flooring industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
