The Boutique Group, a hospitality company fully owned by Saudi Arabia’s Public Investment Fund (PIF), has entered into a significant partnership with a consortium led by the renowned international architecture firm OBMI and the distinguished French interior designer Jacques Garcia. This collaboration is focused on the prestigious Al Hamra Palace project located in Jeddah.

Nestled along the picturesque Jeddah Corniche, Al Hamra Palace stands as a remarkable fusion of Neo-classical and traditional Islamic Hijazi architectural styles. The palace features slanted roofs, grand arched doorways, and a façade crafted from Riyadh stone, all of which serve as a testament to its unique blend of cultural influences.
Originally constructed as a royal residence for King Faisal bin Abdulaziz, the palace has since transformed into an iconic royal hospitality venue.
