Key Features of the Home Check-In Service
The new home check-in service enables travelers to complete the check-in process, including baggage drop-off and boarding pass collection, from the convenience of their homes. This service allows passengers to avoid long queues and save valuable time at the airport.
The check-in can be scheduled between 24 hours and five hours before the flight’s scheduled departure, offering flexibility to passengers who want a smoother travel experience.
How It Works
Passengers can easily book the home check-in service through Morafiq’s app, website, or via Air Arabia’s official website and customer service. On the day of departure, passengers simply skip the airport check-in counters and head directly to security, reducing pre-flight stress.
Dedicated Morafiq staff manage every step of the process, from collecting luggage to issuing boarding passes, ensuring a seamless and hassle-free journey.
