In Al Dammam, the Continent Al Khobar is part of a mixed-use project, blending hospitality with health and business facilities. This hotel offers 42 luxury rooms and suites, an all-day dining area, a rooftop coffee shop with stunning views of Dammam, and a spa and health club located on the 21st floor of the tower.
Strategic Timelines for Development
The Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) for both Madina properties have been signed, with construction set to begin in early 2024 for the Continent Areola Hotel and in late 2025 for the Continent Rose Hotel. In Dammam, Continent Al Khobar is set to open by the end of this year, further enhancing the brand’s presence in this growing city.
