Diyar Al Muharraq, a leading real estate developer in Bahrain, has announced that the third and final phase of its Al Naseem project is progressing on schedule. The project, which includes 115 luxury villas, is currently 31% complete and is expected to be finished by Q2 2025.
The foundational infrastructure of the project has been completed, with construction and finishing works for the villas now well underway. The development features a diverse selection of five villa types, each offering distinct characteristics and sizes ranging from 305 to 384 square meters. The villa types include Sabah El Nasayem, Duha El Nasayem, Aseel El Nasayem, Layl El Nasayem 1, and Layl El Nasayem 2.
CEO Engineer Ahmed Ali Al Ammadi expressed satisfaction with the progress, stating, “We are pleased to report continued development of the Al Naseem project, which is made possible by the dedicated efforts of our team and external stakeholders. The project is on track to deliver the same high-quality standards that have defined Diyar Al Muharraq.”
The Al Naseem luxury villas are located on the southern island’s waterfront, offering breathtaking views and direct water access. Each villa is equipped with a private pool, an optional elevator, and a choice between three- or four-bedroom units.
The project’s prime location ensures easy access to essential amenities such as schools, shopping malls, mosques, and parks. It is situated approximately 3 kilometers from scenic waterfront vistas overlooking both external and internal waterways.
Upon completion, Al Naseem is set to redefine luxury living in Diyar Al Muharraq, blending residential, commercial, and recreational spaces seamlessly.
To ensure the success of the project, Diyar Al Muharraq has collaborated with industry experts, including Ahmed Omar Trading and Contracting Company as the main contractor, Hesham Abdulrahman Jaafar (HAJ) for project management and cost consultancy, Mohamed Salahuddin Consulting Engineering Bureau (MSCEB) as the main consultant, and Horizon Interiors for interior design.
