Azizi Developments, a prominent private developer in the UAE, has revealed that Burj Azizi, situated on a prime plot along Dubai’s Sheikh Zayed Road, will reach a height of 725 meters, making it the second tallest building globally. This 131+ storey skyscraper is slated to launch for sales in February 2025 and is expected to be completed by 2028.
Burj Azizi will feature a distinctive all-suite seven-star hotel, inspired by seven cultural themes, alongside a variety of residences, including penthouses, apartments, and holiday homes. The skyscraper will offer an extensive array of amenities, such as wellness centers, swimming pools, saunas, cinemas, gyms, mini markets, resident lounges, and a children’s play area.
Unique to this tower will be a vertical retail center covering seven floors, a luxury ballroom, and a beach club. Notable for its record-breaking features, Burj Azizi will include the highest hotel lobby in the world on level 11, the highest nightclub on level 126, the highest observation deck on level 130, the highest restaurant in Dubai on Level 122, and the highest hotel room in Dubai on level 118. The tower will also house several high-end food and beverage options and other unique amenities.
