Home Group Developments has unveiled its latest venture, a multi-purpose mall in New Cairo, developed in partnership with Saudi-based Aseel Group. With an investment exceeding EGP 1 billion, this project will feature commercial, administrative, and medical facilities.
Anton Gamal, Chairperson of Home Group Developments, confirmed the strategic alliance with Aseel Group, a subsidiary of Saleh Almudayfer Son’s Holding Company, to collaborate on various initiatives.
“The project will comprise a ground floor, six additional floors, and two levels of underground parking,” Gamal stated. “The design separates commercial and administrative spaces to ensure efficient operation for both visitors and users.”
Gamal also mentioned that the project is expected to be completed within three years. Home Group has engaged Smarch Architecture as the engineering consultant and is offering flexible payment plans of up to six years for customers.
Home Group Developments currently holds a land portfolio of 50,000 square meters, encompassing around 79 projects, 22 of which are under development. The company is committed to advancing these projects according to a detailed timeline.
Abdullah bin Saleh Almudayfer, Chairperson of Aseel Group, noted that the decision to enter the Egyptian market was driven by its robust demand and investment opportunities.
Wael Elsamman, Founder and Head of Smarch Architecture, emphasized that the project features a unique architectural design, providing administrative spaces with distinct views and a comfortable work environment conducive to creativity. The flexible design allows companies to lease entire floors, while the commercial spaces are integrated to support diverse business activities.
Elsamman highlighted that the architectural design focuses not only on aesthetic appeal but also on adaptability, catering to current and future client needs and market trends.
