Who Should Not Apply? Providers are not required to submit a response to this procurement if they:
- Have already received a successful outcome notification for their 2024 Standard Civil Tender via the eTendering message board.
- Do not wish to expand their contract work into additional categories of law or additional offices/procurement areas.
Scope of the Tender This tender process is open to bids across all civil law categories. Additionally, there is an opportunity to tender for the delivery of the Housing Loss Prevention Advice Service (HLPAS) in specific locations: Barnstaple, Blackpool, Crewe, Lancaster, Newton Abbott, Preston, St Helens, Taunton, Torquay, Wigan, and Yeovil.
