SSH, a prominent design consulting firm, has been appointed by Enevoria Development as the lead design consultant for the Nobu Hotel and Residences project on Al Marjan Island, Ras Al Khaimah.
The project, located on the picturesque Al Marjan Island, will feature a five-star hotel and luxury residences, blending modern elegance with traditional Japanese influences under the prestigious Nobu Hospitality brand. Spanning a built-up area of 70,000 square meters, the development aims to enhance Ras Al Khaimah’s luxury hospitality offerings.
The Nobu Hotel will provide guests with Nobu Hospitality’s renowned five-star service, signature Japanese dining, and a variety of high-end amenities, including a spa, fitness center, multiple swimming pools, and the iconic Nobu by the Beach club.
In addition to the hotel, the project will introduce 200 Nobu-branded residences, offering a premier beachfront community lifestyle. The residences, situated on a two-storey podium with lush landscaping and multiple pools, will include one- to four-bedroom apartments and luxurious beachfront villas. Residents will enjoy exclusive benefits, including access to a wellness center, sports courts, and 150 meters of pristine beachfront.
SSH’s responsibilities include providing comprehensive engineering services from the concept design phase and architectural services from the schematic design stage onward. This appointment underscores SSH’s role in shaping high-end developments that contribute to Ras Al Khaimah’s growing reputation as a luxury destination.
