Al Qamzi Developments has announced a significant partnership with Rebuillion for Projects, involving a construction contract worth over EGP 700 million. This collaboration will focus on the second and third phases of the Eastshire project, situated in the Fifth Settlement of New Cairo.
The Eastshire development is a key initiative for Al Qamzi, which is committed to advancing its ongoing projects. The development is on track for completion ahead of schedule.
Under this new agreement, Rebuillion for Projects will be responsible for constructing 178 buildings, including 10 standalone villas and approximately 168 townhouses. These buildings will vary in size from 166 to 350 square meters. The scope of work includes concrete execution, building construction, exterior finishes, and the installation of an irrigation tank.
Yasser Zidan, Chairperson of Al Qamzi, emphasized the importance of partnering with seasoned professionals to ensure high-quality project delivery. “Rebuillion for Projects has been allocated a one-year timeline for their work on Eastshire. We selected them for their extensive experience in executing major projects across Egypt and internationally, including in Spain, China, and Qatar,” Zidan stated.
Raimondo Arguesso, Operations Manager at Rebuillion for Projects, emphasized the company’s commitment to sustainability, advanced technology, and strict adherence to health and safety standards.
The Eastshire Compound spans 26 feddans in the Fifth Settlement, New Cairo. It features a built-up area that covers no more than 18% of the total land, focusing on green spaces and landscapes between units. The development will also include service areas such as shops, restaurants, cafes, pharmacies, and administrative offices.
Al Qamzi Developments, part of the Al Qamzi Group, was founded in 1997 in the UAE and expanded into the Egyptian market in 2010. Established through a partnership between Emirati businessman Abdullah Al Qamzi and Egyptian businessman Yasser Zidan, the company has ambitious plans for further expansion in Egypt.
